Brazil Incarnate. ·Book cover redesign.

Problem. The original cover of Brazil Incarnate, Christopher Pillitz’s book on Brazil’s relationship with the body, sensuality and cultural identity, didn’t convey what the book is about.

Solution. A distinctive cover that stands out in bookstores and tells what the book is about at first glance, while reinforcing its artistic value.

Process. The concept captures the vitality of the book for an audience of art and photography lovers. The flag’s colors, a bold typeface and Pillitz’s own photography bring it to life, with final artwork prepared for print.
